This page presents some frequently asked questions (FAQ) and answers
concerning the Premium-Partner-Program (P3) of Knipp.
Besides the information offered here, we have a number
of other FAQs that deal with further topics, like the domain system in
general, for example. You can find a list of links to these documents in the
column to the right.
You have to register a minimum number of domains in the first year. Domains
taken over from other registrars do count for this criterion.
The minimum quantity is relatively small and no real obstacle for professionals,
be they resellers or key accounts.
You will retrospectively receive a clearly structured monthly bill from us.
You do not need to settle a bill after a single domain has been registered.
You also do not need to pay in advance, like with a payment on an account.
There only has to be an agreement on a method of payment, either a direct debit
authorization or a credit card payment.
No; the customer is »owned« by the partner. Customer protection is understood.
Even the bills go to the partner, and not to the customer. The cases in which
signatures are required on particular forms (sometimes necessary for ccTLDs,
for instance), these forms are designed as neutral as possible, i.e. without
any hints on Knipp.
