Admitted domain names

.es	1st: Firmenname einer spanischen Firma; bei langen Firmennamen darf der Domainname auch unter Weglassung einzelner Worte des Firmennamens oder durch Wahl der Anfangsbuchstaben der einzelnen Worte des Firmennamens gebildet werden. Über die Zulässigleit der gewählten Abkürzung entscheidet die spanische Registry in jedem Einzelfall. 2nd: Name einer für Spanien gültigen Markeneintragung.

Additional form
(for .es only)

Registration of new domains below .es are being assigned at first. The registration will only be completed successfully after a duly signed additional form is being received by the spanish registry. The form must be signed by the administrative contact himself. We will send this additional form to the domain requestor in the course of the appplication proccess via e-mail.
