The following overview provides hints on how to correctly set up your
own name servers. By adhering to all of these hints, you can significantly
increase the probability of your name servers to pass the domain registries'
checks.
The name servers that are specified in the application form that you
send to our hands must be the same in number and names as in the NS
records of the applied domain's zone.
If registering new domains, the NS records used must not use the
the applied domain itself.
Every name server has to provide a zone for the designated domain.
Zones on all name servers must not differ.
The SOA record has to include one of the name servers used in the
NS records as origin.
For the designated domain's zone at least one MX record has to
be used.
If registering new domains, the MX records used must not use the
the applied domain itself.
At least one of the specified mail servers should be set up
and ready to actually receive mails for the applied domain.
