All other characters are being considered as special characters. Admitted domain holder	Norwegian organizations and private individuals over the age of 18. Organizations must have an organization number and be registered in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities. Private individuals must be registered in the National Population Register with a national identity number.

Application form	Please complete the domain application form .no / Norway and send it via e-mail to ccTLD@knipp.de. The fill-in instructions provide helpful information about the data required to complete the application.
Additional form	Proof that you meet the conditions for a .no domain registration is provided by a so-called "Applicant Declaration": https://samtykke.norid.no/en/form1 The result of this process is a ZIP file that is required to carry out the actual registration. It is best to send the ZIP file together with the application form to ccTLD@knipp.de.
