This rule prevents that companies »grab« domain names.
Everyone is allowed to register his or her domain consisting
of first name and last name.
Besides the domain itself, a special e-mail service is also available.
This way you can get a nice e-mail address matching your domain.

new allocation rules have become effective.
Now, the registration of domain names
like smith.name
or billy.name
is possible as well!
